Telehealth/Online Therapy
Who can participate in Telehealth / Online therapy?
I welcome individuals and couples of any sexual orientation or cultural identity into my practice.
Online psychotherapy is available for clients residing in the State of California only.
How does online therapy work?
Free 20-minutes initial phone call: We start with a complimentary 20 minutes online consultation by video/phone where we discuss what brings you to seek support and what you would like to focus on. I will provide you with information on how I work and assess the appropriateness of our online work together.
During our call, you will have the space to share with me your hopes and expectations and ask any questions you may have about this process.
If you decide that you want to move forward, I will provide you with all the information about the upcoming steps, including signing online consent for treatment and scheduling a specific time for our weekly online 50 minutes sessions.
How do we meet?
Online sessions will take place by video, using a HIPAA compliant platform that is considered simple and user-friendly. I will provide you with all the information needed to set it up and be ready for our meeting.
How to prepare for the session?
You don’t need to be a technology expert to participate in online therapy, but you will need to have a strong internet connection, a private space to talk, and a computer or phone with a camera and microphone.
How do I pay for Online Therapy?
Payments are done by credit or debit card at the time of our meeting.
